This guarantee covers any cartridge that does not print due to:

• Leakage in the printer
• Component breakdown
• Blocked heads (that can not be uncleared)
• Leakage of the cartridge

We will NOT cover:

• Willful damage
• A refilled cartridge re-inked initially by another company
